I originally edited this image with the preset system but I wanted in this week's tutorial, show you how. Just open up Lightroom CC and create a new Catalog there and don't import any of your files. Just create an 'empty' Catalog. Once you've done that you'll be able to sync the presets into the Lightroom CC Catalog and then see them in Lightroom Mobile too. Hope that answers your question.
